This Hatha-based class is a sequence of mindful breathing and traditional yoga poses. It is an open class, so we welcome all levels. Over the end, you will go through a deep guided relaxation that will leave you full of energy and in a peaceful state of mind. 

I’m here and there to guide you gently into the conscious connection of movement, awareness, and balance; that we call yoga.
