Yoga For Health is a series of programs based on Hatha Yoga tradition, designed to improve the quality of life of those who are in search of an alternative path of healing.


In this Basic program, Jenny  leads a simple yoga class , that would make you feel part of it.  Just let go and follow her soft voice. Over a  simple sequence of  breathing exercises, Yoga poses, and refreshing relaxation in between.  You will be left with a peaceful state of mind  and good feeling, after the final relaxation.
