Jenny is an International Yoga Instructor, video producer, screen player and since 2023 she submerged herself into sculpture art. Additionally, she holds a bachelor’s degree in communication and Journalism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the 1990s, residing in San Francisco, Jenny came across to yoga, introducing herself into the Sivananda Linage School in the same city, and that has continued to shape her life to this day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She completed her studies at the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Vedanta in The Bahamas back in 1995. During her time there, she worked as staff and instructed yoga at the ashram for a year. Through this journey, she established fresh environments to enhance and evolve her spiritual awareness, envisioning a future where yoga’s essence will shape society. This transformative experience guided her towards a new purpose \u2013 sharing the practice of yoga globally until today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 1999, in New York, she encountered Sri Dharma Mittra , the legendary Yoga Master from New York, whose teachings, rooted in the lineage of Hatha Yoga, deeply inspired her under his guidence. Dharma was brought to give Maha sadhanas and Seminars in Miami for three consecutive years in the middle of 2000s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jenny serves as the director of Kutir Films and is the producer behind 16 yoga programs titled “Yoga for Health” and “Yoga para la Salud” (recorded in two languages) available in the USA, Canada, Latin America, and Europe, and accessible on Amazon Prime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She has journeyed extensively across America and Europe, imparting the teachings of Yoga, from seminars and also teacher trainings. She further explored India, enhancing her understanding of Eastern philosophy by studying with the Yoga master Surinder Singh in Rishikesh from 2010. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jenny emphasizes that the dedication of a consistent yoga practice is fundamental for good health, mindfulness, and personal growth. A physical practice that not only connects to clarity, strength, and focus \u2014 the bedrock of classical yogic discipline, but as the subtle foundation to train your perception .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jenny conducts daily yoga classes in Miami Beach and online courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
